This is a tailored college preparatory course designed for the ambitious programmer considering majoring in computer science or who is interested in other disciplines requiring significant involvement in computing, such as software or video game design. Previous programming experience required.

Course Description:
Create your own Web site incorporating Web animation and graphic design. Begin by hand-coding raw HTML,
graduating to an industrial-strength Web editor - Macromedia’s Dreamweaver or Adobe’s Go Live. Launch into producing professional Web sites complete with graphics, sound and Flash animation. Discover the finer points of graphic design with Adobe’s Photoshop 7 and make custom backgrounds, navigation bars, animated buttons, logos and designs. Web sites will be published to the Web.
Multimidea and Game Creation

Course Description:
Want to create your own animated story or video games, which other students beta test and play? Projects combine text, character drawings, graphics, sound, and animation.
